Please help us control costs and select the meals that you will attend each day which are included in the conference registration option you selected.  You can select All Meals (if you plan to attend all meals) OR check the individual meals that you plan to attend. 

Guest Meal Registration Options: Guests are welcome to attend any meal or event as long as they are pre-registered.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY: Partial refunds are given for full conference registrations only, and NOT for one or two day only registrations, guest meals or special events tickets. To be eligible for a partial refund, all cancellations must be made in writing (mail or email) to KCCEOA, care of the Kansas Association of Counties before 5 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2024. Please email Kimberly Qualls via email: [email protected] or mail: KCCEOA, PO Box 4389, Topeka, KS 66604. Upon receipt of written notice, a refund will be processed and mailed to registrants less a $25 registration processing fee. After Friday, April 19, 2024, no refund requests will be honored.

The 2024 KCCEOA Scholarship Fundraising Shirt ordering is NOW CLOSED! All shirt proceeds will go to fund the KCCEOA scholarship program. Your shirt order will be available for pick up at the conference registration table. Thank you to all who purchased a shirt! 

Silent Auction Donation: Each year KCCEOA members donate items for a silent auction to support our scholarship fund. The silent auction, in addition to the shirt sales, are the only fundraisers that allow the association to provide scholarships. If you would like to participate in the silent auction, please bring your donated item(s) with you to the conference. Thank you in advance for your support!
